We finished engineering,gia công,painting(powder coating),inspections,packing for each of our product in our own machine shop by our professinal team whatever it is finished in house or out sourced. Our experienced export team in charge of our international trade business such as quoting,order management,logistics and outsourcing. We have 16+ years manufacturing and export trade experience for oversea customers in the US,Canada,Europe and Japan.
Trong hội thảo riêng của chúng tôi, we use various facilities such as Horizontal machining center,Trung tâm gia công dọc,máy tiện CNC ,vv để hoàn thành việc gia công nguyên liệu thô. Chúng tôi có thể gia công cả hai bộ phận máy lớn tới 3000 * 2200 * 900mm (x,y,z) và nhỏ tới φ20*20mm(chiều dài). Chúng tôi cũng đã hoàn thành tất cả quy trình kiểm tra cuối cùng như kiểm tra kích thước,UT inspection of castings,kiểm tra xử lý bề mặt,vv. trong nhà bởi các thanh tra viên của chúng tôi trước khi hàng hóa được chuyển đến khách hàng.
Hiyum’s technical&quality team has 5 engineers and 2 inspectors, our export team has 4 experienced staffs for international trade business. 30+ skilled workers are working in our machine shop. We’re not a big team,but we’re professinal of metal parts manufacturing.
Powder Coating Line
In order to satisfy customers’ high painting quality requirements,we built our own powder coating line in 2023. The designed capacity is 2500+ tons castings powder coating per year. We can paint various colors as required and we have complete testing equipments for inspection of painting performance such as film thickness tester,color tester,gloss tester,vân vân.
Our powder coating process passed John Deere F17X2 qualification,we could powder coating some colors for JD’s iron casting products. The colors are F9A green,F9T low gloss black and F9H agricultural yellow,vân vân.
