CNC MACHINING
We finished machining and dimensional inspection processes in our own machine shop. Kami menggunakan pelbagai kemudahan seperti pusat pemesinan Horizontal,Pusat pemesinan menegak,mesin pelarik CNC ,etc. to finish the machining of raw materials. We used CMM and other precision devices to inspect the quality after machining.
CASTINGS
In our stable partner foundries,we finish castings from various materials, such as ductile iron,grey iron,carbon steel,Keluli tahan karat, etc. The casting process include sand casting and investment casting. Our castings all meet the relevant ASTM,BS,DIN and JIS standards. We are able to complete castings in weights ranging from 0.5kg to 5000kg.
Out Sourcing
In response to customers’needs of integration of supply chain, we help our customers to source products which can not be manufactured by our own facilities. We have established stable cooperation with over 10 manufacturers.Our quality control and supply chain management have successfully helped our customers to reduce their cost.
