Hiyum’s technical&quality team has 5 engineers and 2 inspectors, our export team has 4 experienced staffs for international trade business. 30+ skilled workers are working in our machine shop. We’re not a big team,but we’re professinal of metal parts manufacturing.
Powder Coating Line
In order to satisfy customers’ high painting quality requirements,we built our own powder coating line in 2023. The designed capacity is 2500+ tons castings powder coating per year. We can paint various colors as required and we have complete testing equipments for inspection of painting performance such as film thickness tester,color tester,gloss tester,等.
Our powder coating process passed John Deere F17X2 qualification,we could powder coating some colors for JD’s iron casting products. The colors are F9A green,F9T low gloss black and F9H agricultural yellow,等.
