Machine Shop&Export Company
We finished engineering,Bearbeitung,painting(powder coating),inspections,packing for each of our product in our own machine shop by our professinal team whatever it is finished in house or out sourced. Our experienced export team in charge of our international trade business such as quoting,order management,logistics and outsourcing. We have 16+ years manufacturing and export trade experience for oversea customers in the US,Kanada,Europe and Japan.
In unserer eigenen Werkstatt, we use various facilities such as Horizontal machining center,Vertikales Bearbeitungszentrum,CNC-Drehmaschinen ,usw., um die Bearbeitung von Rohmaterialien abzuschließen. Wir können sowohl Teile mit einer Größe von bis zu 3000*2200*900 mm bearbeiten (X,j,z) und so klein wie φ20*20mm(Länge). Wir haben auch den gesamten Endkontrollprozess abgeschlossen, beispielsweise die Maßkontrolle,UT inspection of castings,Inspektion der Oberflächenbehandlung,usw. vor Ort von unseren Inspektoren, bevor die Waren an die Kunden versendet werden.
Hiyum’s technical&quality team has 5 engineers and 2 inspectors, our export team has 4 experienced staffs for international trade business. 30+ skilled workers are working in our machine shop. We’re not a big team,but we’re professinal of metal parts manufacturing.
Powder Coating Line
In order to satisfy customers’ high painting quality requirements,we built our own powder coating line in 2023. The designed capacity is 2500+ tons castings powder coating per year. We can paint various colors as required and we have complete testing equipments for inspection of painting performance such as film thickness tester,color tester,gloss tester,usw.
Our powder coating process passed John Deere F17X2 qualification,we could powder coating some colors for JD’s iron casting products. The colors are F9A green,F9T low gloss black and F9H agricultural yellow,usw.
